COMING ALONGSIDE YOU IN THE FORMATION OF YOUR CHILDREN
We are ready and excited to host your kids Pre-K to Grade 6 in the Treehouse, our fun and safe Kid’s Environment. We choose joy, presence, and hope to guide everything we do.
JOY
for children to know the joy of their belovedness in and through the stages of their faith/life development.
PRESENCE
for children to foster togetherness, to be welcoming and kind to one another and grow in friendship.
HOPE
for children to become a loving, compassionate, active and a healing presence in their families, schools, society, and among their peers.
ONE STORY, THREE WAYS
We created this model of learning to help children gain an imaginative and immersive experience with the God of the Bible, while acknowledging the neurodivergent styles of learning many young people navigate today. We are using the Sparkhouse learning materials.
1ST SUNDAY
a singular story from the Bible is introduced through the ancient practice of Lectio Divina (sacred reading), followed by conversation and team play.
2ND SUNDAY
the same story is experienced through art, craft, imagination and the physical senses.
3RD SUNDAY
the same story is experienced through food, cooking, and eating together around the table.
4TH & 5TH SUNDAYS
All generations come together in the main gathering space. Children can sit with parents or play at a kids activity cart.

KIDS CHECK-IN
Check-in begins each Sunday at 9:45am and closes at 10:10am. At check-in parents/guardians will be greeted by one of our Kid’s mentors and given a security tag, a name tag for each child, and a pager. Please make sure to bring these when checking out your child. Check-out begins after the gathering has ended.
KIDS MENTORS
All Kid’s Environment Mentors go through a process of training and pass background checks to be qualified to mentor your kids.
